Accessibility

Find all the information you need about accessibility at the Military History Museum in Dresden.

Admission

Visitors with a recognized disability (degree of disability of at least 50%) receive reduced admission on presentation of valid proof of disability. 
One accompanying person receives free admission if this is indicated on the proof of disability. 
 

Getting here

The museum is accessible to wheelchair users. There are five designated parking spaces for disabled visitors. The museum is also easily accessible by public transport.

Accessibility in the museum

All floors and exhibitions are wheelchair accessible. 
Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor and the second floor. 
There is ample seating throughout the exhibition galleries. 
Wheelchairs and walking frames can be borrowed free of charge from the cloakroom. 
Assistance dogs are permitted in the exhibitions, provided they have valid assistance dog identification.
